Can each t-shirt have a different name (individual naming)?

Wash resistance and colour durability?

Machine wash 30°C max, flat dry recommended (no tumble dryer). Sublimation: infused colours, hold >30 washes with no significant loss (<2% ISO 105-B02). Screen print: equivalent or superior hold with professional-grade acrylic inks.

Total lead time? Can we speed it up?

12–15 working days after BAT approval (≈3 weeks real time). Express acceleration: +3–5 days possible on request, minimum MOQ 200. No slow-boat Chinese factory — EU/France production.

Why 360° sublimation? Does it resist the dishwasher?

360° sublimation = ink infused into the ceramic (not surface/not decal). Resists dishwasher 500 cycles minimum (30–65°C), microwave unrestricted. No peeling decal: this is genuine ceramic artwork. Lifespan ≥5 years with daily use.

Can we personalise the handle (colour, print)?

Yes. Standard white/black handle included. Pantone-colour handle (black, khaki, navy, red, etc.): surcharge ~€1.50/mug. Print on handle: no (technical limitation). Suggestion: logo + text on body, crest front-and-back on coloured handle = maximum prestige.

Can we do named mugs (one name per piece)?

Yes, but lead time +2–3 days and minimum MOQ 150 pcs for viable personal print economics. Nominal cost very low (~€0.20 per name). Ideal for veterans' gifts or official ceremony with inscribed names.

10–12 working days after BAT approval. White or kraft cardboard box optional (~€0.80/mug), in packs of 10, 25 or 50. Squadron logo print on lid possible (monochrome laser, surcharge +€0.30).

Outdoor lifespan? Will it stick to flight helmet paint?

3-year outdoor UV resistance (gloss loss <15% after 36 months, EN ISO 11507). On combat helmet/tarmac: premium silicone adhesive. IMPORTANT: adhesion test on fresh paint strongly recommended (silicone coating/varnish = slipping risk). Repositionable once, then fixed. No warranty for high-impact collision.

Matte vs Gloss? Which finish to choose?

Matte (satin 2–3µ) = discretion, vintage/velvet look, no glare. Gloss = maximum impact, brilliant colours, ideal for logos. Advice: Matte for aircraft interior/cockpit (no visual fatigue), Gloss for exterior/fuselage/luggage. Finish does not affect price, only appearance.

Can we do custom (complex shapes, >15cm)?

Yes, laser die-cut up to 30 cm possible, any shape (crest, skeleton, aircraft silhouette). Cost: slight markup for laser tooling (quote on drawing). Lead time +2 days for very complex shapes. Minimum production 100 pcs (otherwise manual die-cut on request).
