Squadron artwork produced for our military clients remains the property of the units concerned; it is never published without the explicit agreement of the command.

The contact / quote request form collects the following data:
Local storage on your device. To spare you from typing everything again, your contact details (name, email, phone, address) are remembered in your browser once a request is sent, and the origin of your visit is kept there for 90 days. This information stays on your device and only reaches us with your request; you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
This data is collected for the sole purpose of:
Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) or legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Business-to-business prospecting. AEROTRADITION may send commercial proposals by email to the personnel and departments of units, organisations and companies likely to be interested in its products, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f) and in compliance with art. L34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code: messages relate to the recipient's professional function, clearly identify the sender, and all include a simple, free way to object to further emails (one-click unsubscribe link). Contact details come from public professional sources (institutional websites, directories, press) or from prior contact; the source of each contact detail is kept on record. You may object at any time via the link in each message or by writing to info@aerotradition.com. Prospecting contact details that receive no response are deleted no later than 3 years after collection or last contact.
Your data is accessible only by AEROTRADITION and its technical service providers: Vercel (hosting and cookie-free audience measurement), Supabase (database and storage of the files you send), Cloudflare (anti-bot protection of the form), Notion (sales management), Resend (email delivery) and Twilio (order text messages and WhatsApp notifications, when active). It is NEVER sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Some service providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, Twilio) are located outside the EU. Transfers are carried out within the framework of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), contact us at info[@]aerotradition.com stating the purpose of your request and enclosing proof of identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
The site uses no tracking cookies, no intrusive third-party analytics and no advertising pixels. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation (session, security) may be placed, and these do not require prior consent under art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
This site is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its use shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Avignon district (84).
