The brief

A full refresh of the squadron's visual identity for a change-of-command ceremony. Moulded 3D PVC patches featuring the historic crest in relief, matte finish, hook velcro backing. Alongside this, a run of black leather name tapes laser-engraved for every pilot and aircrew member (50 different names). Tight deadline: three weeks to deliver before the handover ceremony. Artwork proof approved within 48 hours, production launched the same day.

For the annual open day: a complete pack of promotional goodies. 300 3D PVC patches in the base's colours for pilots and VIP guests, 200 "Remove Before Flight" streamers customised with "BA 116" for the general public, 400 sublimated lanyards for visitor badges, and 300 custom die-cut stickers. Complex logistics: everything had to arrive on the Thursday for setup on the Friday evening.

The squadron's 30th anniversary: a complete rollout of commemorative keepsakes. High-definition sublimated patches with the original crest reworked, white ceramic mugs with 360° sublimation for the mess and guests, and enamel metal challenge coins in an antique-gold finish for the veterans. Each coin was presented in its own velvet pouch.

For a mess evening marking a unit anniversary: anniversary metal coins with the date engraved on the reverse, and black sublimated T-shirts with the crest on the left chest and the unit motto across the back. T-shirts in a range of sizes (S to XXL). Each coin individually packed in a velvet pouch for handout during the evening.
