- Can I add gradients or photos to a 3D PVC patch?
- No, standard 3D PVC is limited to 8 flat Pantone colours. For gradients and photos, choose the PV3DP (3D PVC + digital print).
- What's the lead time after BAT approval?
- 15 to 18 working days (roughly 3 weeks). Urgent OPEX runs are handled case by case.
- Are NFC or phosphorescent options available?
- Yes — both NFC embedding and phosphorescent are available as add-ons (additional surcharges). Ideal for rank badges or tactical identification.
- How long does the built-in velcro last?
- The 3D relief survives ≥200 velcro cycles. The whole patch (PVC + velcro) lasts 10 years under normal conditions (tarmac, suit, bags).
