For an internal event at a Safran site, the project team put together a full pack: 200 high-density woven patches in the team's colours, 200 die-cut stickers and 150 custom “Remove Before Flight” pennants. Woven was the obvious choice to render the logo finely; stickers and pennants serve as welcome goodies. Civil aerospace and its suppliers share the squadron codes — with an often simpler ordering loop: one purchase order, one contact, one on-site delivery.

At the aircraft maker, orders come from the teams themselves: woven team patches ordered by departments, internal runs delivered since 2024, and new projects under review with the works council for the production sites. Runs of 100 pieces, demanding on detail — these are people who draw aircraft for a living. High-density weaving holds 0.5 mm lines where classic embroidery rounds everything off.
